The Package with Dinner includes:
Admission to the Spa, breakfast, free wifi, covered car park, and a dinner at our La Torre Restaurant. It includes 3 dishes (starter, second course and dessert) selected by our maître from the delicious “A la Carte” menu, with fresh seasonal dishes*.
Three selections of menu are available: MEAT, FISH or VEGETARIAN.
Menu “meat”:
- Fresh egg pasta Maccaroni in white meat sauce and courgettes
- Beef Fillet in demi-glace and vegetables
- Puff pastry layer with Chantilly Cream chamomile flavored and berries
Menu “fish”:
- Spaghetti with garlic, olive oil, fresh hot chilli, anchovies sauce, grated bread and parsley
- Sea Bass steak with oil, chopped roasted potatoes, tomato, basil and almond
- Homemade Sorbet Selection
Menu “vegetarian”:
- Potatoes gnocchi stuffed with porcini rocket salad essence and smoked cheese
- Tomato filled with eggplant, fresh cheese, mint on black rice
- Roasted peach with almond sorbet and sweet wine reduction
