Boiled egg with stewed chicory, toasted bread from Matera, black truffle and local cheese cream

First courses

Risotto with suffran with veal sauce and asparagus

Potatoes gnocchi filled with mushrooms cream on courgettes cream

Second course

Beef tenderloin in Amarone wine sauce with red chicory, celery and potatoes

Dessert

White chocolate mousse on crispy biscuits, mou and shaved white chocolate
