In 2020, we planted a forest of 200 trees in Madagascar with the aim of absorbing 23,950 kg of CO2, encouraging biodiversity and bringing benefits to the local farmers. Our environmental commitment, tree after tree, is to make our planet greener. With Treedom we have joined an important initiative that promotes the virtuous interaction between different species and a sustainable use of resources and land.
We have planted Tephrosia, Papaya and Coffee trees in Madagascar. The fruits of each tree will help a farmer that will use them as a food resource or to support his income.
The rural communities involved in the project receive training and financial support. They can take care of the trees and enjoy their fruits.
Trees help the environment by absorbing CO2, producing oxygen, promoting biodiversity, contrasting soil erosion and much more.
By renouncing to the room cleaning service during your stay, you will receive a tree in return that will be planted in our forest in Madagascar!
With your gesture you will help us to reduce the consumption of water, electricity and cleaning products. With your tree you will contribute in making the planet cleaner, greener and you will benefit to the local communities. A farmer will plant the tree on his land and he will use it as a food resource or to support his own income. Your tree will be photographed and geolocated and will have its online page, where you can follow the project it will be part of.
Each tree absorbs CO2 from the atmosphere, contributing to a greener and healthier planet.
