The Pilates fitness method is a discipline that, through specific exercises, activate the psycho-physical entity od the person that actively participates with both body and mind. Pilates lessons aim at strengthening the muscles harmoniously, improving the posture, and maintaining or regaining muscle flexibility.
Our Pilates fitness centre in Verona offers both Mat Pilates classes (exercises done on the floor) and with machines and equipment.
It’s open to the public, as well as to hotel guests and offers monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual packages:

- Tower lessons (max 5 people)
- Mat Lessons (max 9 people)
