There is a dedicated room for Pilates classes, making it perfect for whoever wishes to improve their psychophysical strength through single, couple or tower-style lessons. The Pilates fitness method is a discipline that, through specific exercises, activate the psycho-physical entity od the person that actively participates with both body and mind. Pilates lessons aim at strengthening the muscles harmoniously, improving the posture, and maintaining or regaining muscle flexibility.

Our Pilates fitness centre in Verona offers both Mat Pilates classes (exercises done on the floor) and with machines and equipment.

It’s open to the public, as well as to hotel guests and offers monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual packages:

  • Individual lessons
  • Lessons for couples
  • Trio lessons
  • Tower lessons (max 5 people)
  • Mat Lessons (max 9 people)

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa is a type of yoga that guarantees a gradual progression in body and mental awareness: each participant gradually learns a sequence of positions to be practiced with a specific type of breath, focusing the gaze in different directions depending on the Asana, focusing on certain energy centers (Tristana).

This type of practice originated in India, in Mysore, and for this reason it is called ‘Mysore style’.
