PILATES FITNESS CENTRE
The Pilates fitness method is a discipline that, by means of specific exercises, regards the person as a psycho-physical entity that actively participates with both body and mind. Pilates lessons aim at strengthening the muscles harmoniously, improving one’s posture, and maintaining or regaining muscle flexibility. Our Pilates fitness centre in Verona is one of the most exceptional as it offers Mat Pilates classes (exercises done on the floor) and with machines and equipment.
Our Pilates classes include:
- Individual classes
- Couple classes
- Tower classes – max 5 people
- Mat – exercises done on the floor – max 10 people
All classes last one hour
Our hotel with Pilates fitness centre is opened to the public. Available different subscriptions: monthly, 3-months, 6-months and annual.
